Consulting

Zerina supports organisations, businesses and communities to navigate climate change with clarity, compassion and practical strategy. As the lead on the What Matters Most project for Living Lab Northern Rivers, she has worked closely with priority populations across the region to understand values, deepen community voice, and inform the development of place-based Disaster Adaptation Plans.

Her consulting approach blends strong community engagement expertise with a grounded understanding of climate impacts, resilience-building and systems thinking. She can assist with project design and delivery—from shaping engagement frameworks and research processes to facilitating workshops, analysing themes, and translating community insights into actionable adaptation strategies.
